Tom Harbin - President
Tom started MedCare Staffing in 2001 and has over 18 years experience as a  physician recruiter  focusing primarily on managing and staffing hospital emergency rooms, urgent care clinics, and various medical facilities.  After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy in 1984 and received an Honorable Discharge in March 1991.  Tom has been happily married for 26 years with three beautiful children.  Hobbies include reading, business and sports.

Scot Gray - Chief Operating Officer
Scot has been in physician recruiting, management and ownership for over 22 years, concentrating on primary care, occupational medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine and physician/mid-level placement through locum tenens arrangements.  He is a graduate of David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.  Scot resides in Suwanee, Georgia, and in his off-time enjoys weight training, running, landscaping, service work and spending time with his wife Michelle and daughter Kylee.

Michelle Gray - Vice President
Michelle has been in the locum tenens recruiting industry since early 1990, originally in Utah.  She moved to the Atlanta area in 1998, and has enjoyed working for a small number of locums agencies, where she finally landed at MedCare Staffing to continue her career.  She likes speaking to both our clients and providers about their needs and interests, and matching the two together.  She is married to Scot, and has a daughter attending college.  She enjoys spending time with her family, to include their dog.  She also loves listening to music.

Yesica Juarez - Director of Accounting & Administration
Yesi began her career in the locum tenens industry in 2001 as an administrative assistant. Her strengths include being very well organized and thorough in all areas of administration and accounting, including support, policies, protocols, client relations, provider relations, QuickBooks and travel. She prides herself on being obsessively committed to all her responsibilities and tasks.  In her free time, Yesi enjoys jogging, reading and spending time with her family and two boys.
